De aceea faceau parte dintr-un ordin inferior, cel al augustalilor: August(alis) (IDR III/5, 127), Aug(ustalis) (IDR II, 50; CIL III 976 = IDR III/5,7) Aug(ustalis)? (IDR III/3, 1)

- Grammatica quaedam (language peculiarities, spelling errors, Greek influences, hypercorrections) (e.g. pro se et suorum instead of pro se et suis (CIL III 1068 = IDR III/5, 190), vive instead of vivae (CIL III 1183 = IDR III/5, 480)).
