Members presentation
The team that will accomplish the research project of Summa theologicae has in its composition members with experience in the editing domain of the ancient and medieval texts, but young researchers as well. All team work, under the shape of common laboratories, of research and of seminars open to students, is bi-directionally oriented: on one side, toward the investigation and translation of the proposed text, and on the other side, toward the training of the young researchers in the team work from where they will get accustomed with the most performant concepts of the contemporary medievistics. Three members of the proposed team have a major experience in editing of texts of the pre-modern though, since they realized, between the years 2000-2007, the translation and comments of the complete work of Plotinus (Enneade I-VI, 3 volumes, Iri Publishing House, Bucharest), and translations in Thomas Aquinas (Despre unitatea intelectului, Despre eternitatea lumii, Intrebari disputate despre suflet, Despre guvernamant sau Despre principiile naturii)
