 The Results 2015 Management Activities As part of the Project management activities, the team implemented the practice of periodical meetings, mandatory for organizing and coordinating the research activities, and the dissemination process. In October 5th, 2015, the team held a preliminary meeting, in which management issues were announced (contracting the Project, preparing the employment records for the members of the team, the construction of the site, and the acknowledgment of the financial support from UEFISCDI was presented to the team). During the meeting, some preliminary research tasks were assigned to the team. A second meeting was held in November 5th 2015, in order to communicate and sign the job description forms, to finalize the site of the project, and to prepare the end of the year accounting statements. As well, the team was invited to contribute to the drafting of the scientific report of the year 2015. Dissemination The Team of the Project presented two papers at the International Conference “World War I. The Other Faces of War”, held in Cluj-Napoca, during October 12-14, 2015 (Conference Program available at http://iww2015.conference.ubbcluj.ro/ProgramWWI.pdf):
