Pour les participants séjournant chez Hôtel Universitas

La meilleure façon d'aller de l'aéroport à l'hôtel de l'université est par taxi. Il vous en coûtera autour de 10 euros, en fonction du trafic.

L'adresse de l'hôtel est : Hôtel Universitas - Hôtel de l'Université Babes-Bolyai, rue Pandurilor, No.7 (entrée de la rue Plopilor), Cluj-Napoca.

Juste donnez cette adresse au chauffeur de taxi.

La meilleure façon d'aller de l'hôtel de l'université au lieu de la conférence (rue Kogalniceanu, no. 1, le bâtiment central de l'UBB) est en tram et puis marcher sur une courte distance.

Prendre le tramway 101 (Bucium-> P-ţa. Gării) de la station de la rue. Plopilor dans le sens P-ţa. Gării. Sortez à la station de tramway G. Baritiu. De là, marchez jusqu'à la première intersection, tourner à droite sur la rue Ferdinand. Marchez jusqu'au bout de la rue Ferdinand (vous passez par le Musée de la pharmacie). Au bout de la rue Ferdinand, tournez à droite sur la rue Memorandumului et marchez jusqu'à la première intersection. Traversez la rue et marcher tout droit (parallel avec l'Église St. Michel), jusqu'à ce que vous atteignez la prochaine intersection. Ensuite, traversez rue et marchez tout droit (sur la rue Universitatii) jusqu'à ce que vous voyez un bâtiment orange sur la gauche. Quand vous voyez ce bâtiment, tourner à gauche et vous êtes sur la rue Kogalniceanu. Une fois sur la rue Kogalniceanu, le bâtiment orange (connu comme le bâtiment Equinox) est sur votre droite et de l'Université (lieu de la conférence) est sur votre gauche.

Vous pouvez également prendre un taxi de l'hôtel, mais compte tenu de la voie de circulation que je viens de décrire pourrait être plus rapide et plus agréable. Si vous voulez vraiment, prenez un taxi, vous pouvez demander à la réception de l'hôtel d'appeler un.

Le prix d'une chambre individuelle est de 70 lei/nuit ; le prix d'une chambre double est de 100 lei/nuit (le coût d'un lit dans une telle chambre est de 50 lei/nuit) ; le petit déjeuner est pas inclus dans ce prix ; ça coûte un supplément de 15 lei/jour et vous pouvez le commander, si vous voulez, et le payer à la fin de votre séjour.

Pentru participanții care stau la Hotelul Universitas

Cel mai simplu mod de a ajunge de la aeroport la hotelul universității este cu un taxi. Acesta vă va costa undeva în jur de 10 de euro, în funcție de trafic.

Adresa hotelului este: Hotelul UNIVERSITAS - Hotelul Universității Babeș Bolyai, Str. Pandurilor, nr.7 (intrarea din strada Plopilor), Cluj-Napoca.

Doar dați această adresă șoferului de taxi.

Cel mai simplu mod de a ajunge de la hotelul universității la locul de desfășurare al conferinței (str. Kogălniceanu, nr. 1, clădirea centrală a Universității Babeș-Bolyai) este cu tramvaiul și apoi pe jos pe o distanță scurtă.

Luați tramvaiul 101 (Bucium-> P-ța. Gării) de la stația de pe str. Plopilor, în direcția P-ța. Gării. Coborâți din tramvai la stația G. Barițiu. De acolo, mergeți pe jos până la prima intersecție, apoi faceți dreapta pe str. Ferdinand. Mergeți pe jos până la capătul străzii Ferdinand (treceți pe lângă Muzeul Farmaciei). La capătul străzii Ferdinand, faceti dreapta pe strada Memorandumului și mergeți pe jos până la prima intersecție. Traversați strada și mergeți pe jos drept înainte (paralel cu Biserica Sfântul Mihail), până când ajungeți la următoarea intersecție. Apoi, treceți din nou pe stradă mergeți pe jos drept înainte (pe strada Universității) până când veți vedea o clădire portocalie pe partea stanga. Când vedeți acea clădire, faceți stânga și sunteți pe str. Kogălniceanu. Odata ajuns pe Kogălniceanu, cladirea portocalie (cunoscută sub numele de clădirea Echinox) este pe dreapta și Universitatea (locul conferinta) este pe partea stanga.

Puteți lua, de asemenea un taxi de la hotel, dar având în vedere traficul, traseul pe care tocmai l-am descris ar putea fi mai rapid și mult mai plăcut. În cazul în care într-adevăr doriți să luați un taxi, puteți cere recepționerului din holul hotelului să apeleze unul.

Prețul unei camere single este de 70 lei/noapte; prețul unei camere duble este de 100 lei/noapte (costul unui pat într-o astfel de cameră este de 50 de lei/noapte); micul dejun nu este inclus în acest preț; costă în plus de 15 lei/zi și îl puteți cere, dacă vreți, și să îl plătiți la sfârșitul perioadei de ședere.

For participants staying at Universitas Hotel

The easiest way of getting from the airport to the university hotel is by taking a taxi. This will cost you somewhere around 10 Euro, depending on the traffic.

The easiest way of getting from the university hotel to the conference venue (Kogălniceanu Street, no. 1, the central location of the Babeş- Bolyai University) is by taking the tram and then walking for a short distance.

Take tram 101 (Bucium-> P-ţa. Gării) from the station on Plopilor Street, in the direction P-ţa. Gării. Get off the tram at the G. Bariţiu Station. From there, walk until the first intersection and then go right on Ferdinand Street. Walk until the end of Ferdinand Street (you pass the Museum of Pharmacy). At the end of Ferdinand Street, turn right on Memorandumului Street and walk until the first intersection. Cross the street and walk straight ahead (parallel with the Saint Michael Church) until you reach the next intersection. Then cross the street again and walk straight ahead (on the University Street) until you see an orange building on your left. When you see that building go left and you are on Kogălniceanu Street. Once on Kogălniceanu Street, the orange building (also known as the Echinox Building) is on your right and the University (the conference venue) is on your left.

You can also take a taxi from your hotel, but given the traffic, the route that I have just described might be faster and far more pleasant. In case you really want to take a taxi, you can ask the receptionist in the hotel lobby to call one for you.

The price of a single room is 70 lei/night; the price of a double room is 100 lei/night (the cost of a bed in such a room is of 50 lei/night); breakfast is not included in this price; it cost an extra 15 lei/day and you can order it, if you want, and pay for it at the end of your stay.
