The involvement of young researchers

The basic premise in conceiving the composition of the team grant was to preserve in the country and to ensure the attractiveness for young researchers for their career development. The staff is composed of two experienced researchers born in 1976 and 1977, and two researchers in training born in 1980 and 1980. Concern for a decent wage for the young researchers has been obviously from the beginning due to the fact that they have a monthly remuneration that ranged between 400-700 Euro. 3 team members (Marius Eppel, Helena and Diana Covaci Crinela Holom) were employed as researchers at the Center for Population Studies belonging the Babes-Bolyai University. All researchers were involved in the full range of activities undertaken under the grant (documentation, development of collective work, conferences and scientific support).
